What is The Possibility Crusade ?
It’s a call to leaders in business and in the public services to think “outside the box” and outside their present comfort zones – to risk becoming radical leaders of their organisations & teams!

Why?
At May Day Management we believe that unless businesses and organisations in the country right now takes up the challenge of “rethinking” what they are, what they do and how they do it, that we will all be stuck in a depression long after the global economic recovery.

The one certainty we do have now is that we will not get back to the high days of The Celtic Tiger when the recession ends – we will be in a very different space.

How we shape and are shaped by that different space is a challenge requiring radical thinking from leaders in all walks of Irish life!

What is the answer?
The answer lies in each and every organisation, whether for profit or not-for-profit, embracing its’ own radical paradigm shift.

But how do we begin this challenging process?

May Day Management’s Free Possibility 2009+ Seminar for SME owners/managers and organisation leaders (in public sector and other not-for-profits) facilitates them to begin to draw new frameworks around the circumstances they now find themselves in and thereby create new pathways of possibility. Here’s what some recent seminar participants said about Possibility 2009+ Seminar

“ The seminar helped me see new possibility in my current situation”.. “It made me think outside the box” … “ It gave me the courage to go after bigger players” … “It helped me to stop putting limits on my own possibility”.

Drawing on the self-help principles that made “The Art of Possibility” a global best seller in 15 languages for Benjamin and Rosamund Zander, the 3.5 hour seminar facilitated by Pádraig Cleary & Tim Madden opens the door to what “Possibility” holds for participants personally and for their businesses, organisations and the teams they lead.

Rather than wait out the storm & hope that things will get better, through www.ThePossibilityCrusade.com and our Possibility 2009+ Seminar programme, May Day is offering to help leaders begin the process of creating their “new paradigms of possibility”.

Why has May Day Management launched a Possibilit Crusade?

We have drawn inspiration in our own recession challenges from “The Art of Possibility” and believe that the authors Benjamin & Rosamund Zander have an original take on how to engage in radical thinking that should be taken up urgently throughout the country.

Why are we doing this?

Quite simply because we can, and believe “Possibility Thinking” can make an immediate and practical contribution to Ireland’s economic and social recovery.
