May Day Management Training
Active involvement in their own learning is the hallmark of our training and capacity building programmes for management and staff.
Our programmes combine workshops (full, half or evening duration timed to the needs of trainees and their employer), one-to-one mentoring and home task exercises where trainees apply workshop learning to their work.
We run general sector and sector specific programmes for manufacturing, services, independent retailing and tourism.
Typical group size is 10-12 participants. We have delivered workshops to an audience of 200 participants
